To help manage the increased volume during what will be a record holiday shopping season, the USPS will impose temporary price increases on its Commercial services. Even with the increases, which will range from $0.25 to $2.40 for most shipments, the USPS remains a strong option for businesses. For most of all shipments where USPS is currently the most cost-effective option, the same will still be true with the holiday price increases in effect. Because of this, we will temporarily raise our flat rate shipping fee to $8.99 for all items that do not come with Free Shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience but will return to normal on January 1, 2021.
Most items ordered and paid for will ship within 3 -5 business days. Due to the ongoing Coronavirus situation, there may be a delay in the shipping process. Some of our products may still be available to add to your cart even if they aren't in stock. If that's the case, all backordered items usually take an additional 3-5 days to ship from one of our warehouses. Due to the logistical parameters of certain items placed within an individual order, you may receive separate deliveries from different carriers. In order for us to maximize the quickness of our Customers receiving their packages, we use USPS, FedEx and FedEx Smart Post, depending on, but not limited to, the location of items, the size and weight, and certain personalized merchandise. This is one of those areas where we want to make things right. We get it - sometimes things don't fit, equipment doesn't feel right or you're just not happy with your purchase. Whether it's a comfort issue, a likability issue or buyer's remorse, we understand that sometimes things happen. However, any item that is opened and used is not eligible to be returned. If it is opened but not used, the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost on the return. Once we receive the item(s) in our possession, a thorough inspection will completed. If the item(s) remain in sellable condition - we will refund you the purchase cost minus a 15% repackaging and restocking fee.
